Each custom piece takes 21 business days to create due to its personalized nature. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from order to delivery. We offer expedited processing at checkout for an additional fee, but this option is currently available only for U.S. customers. International orders require the full 21-day processing time to account for shipping, handling, and customs.

All our pieces come with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering issues like tarnishing and plating. For best results, please review our care instructions to prevent tarnishing. Note that this warranty does not cover general wear and tear, scratches, dents, or misuse. We also do not offer size adjustments on purchased pieces; please refer to our sizing guide to ensure the correct fit before ordering.
